*The Authority Of The Believer*
According to (Ephesians 6:12) we wrestle against principalities, powers, and the rulers of darkness. These are evil spirits. Our combat with the devil should be with the confidence that we have authority over him. (Luke 10:19) Jesus says," I give you authority to tread on seperants and scorpions and over all power of the enemy." What is authority? Authority is Delegated Power.
(Ephesians 1:20-23) tells us when Christ was ascended, He transferred His Authority to the church. Christ is seated at the right hand of the father-place of Authority. The source of our Authority is found in the resurrection and exhortation and exaltation of Christ by God.
(Ephesians 2:5-6) deals with the conferring of authority. The authority was delegate not only in the body but also upon the head because the head and body are one. (Mark 16:17,18 and Revelation 12:11) show in three resources we use in exercising authority over the devil. They are the Name of Jesus the Word, and the Blood of Jesus.
The Authority is Yours whether you feel like you've got it or not. Authority has nothing to do with feelings. (Mark 16:18 & James 4:7) indicates that in exercising authority over the devil we must Resist him, then he will FLEE US.
I truly pray that this has Blessed you . Please take the time and continue reading through our web-site and Please Sign our Guest-Book.. Thank you

*Quit Worrying & Give It To God*
Why do we tend to worry about the things we cannot change? We only need to remember that God has our lives arranged. For He new us when we were being formed within our mother's womb. He planned our life ahead of time from our birth until the tomb.
Remember He knows our problems and our fears we have to face each day. We need to just Trust that He'll walk beside us and know He'll be with us every step of the way. When we think we can't get through the day and let despair set in our way. We just need to Look above and ask for the Help that He's always ready to send our way.
Rather then placing our trust in God , we often think we can do it alone. This is just part of our human nature; the sin of pride as it is known. God Loves us dearly and wants to help us; He's just a Prayer away..
Let's call upon His wonderful name; Yahweh( I Am Lord), Abba Father, Jehovah-Shalom(Lord Of Peace) El Elyon (The God Most High) He'll get us through our day.. through the storm's of life. For He is our Redeemer, Our Messiah, Our Mighty King!
I have had many days I thought I would never get through. BUT when I stopped and talked to God , He said,"I'm here for/with you." When I heard His tender soft voice, it gave me the Strength I needed. With GOD you CAN'T be Defeated!
Remember there is No worry or Problem that's too Large or to Small for our Lord to handle. Remember that on our darkest days, His LOVE is like a candle. His Love for us will light our way with the Beam so very Bright.. No Matter what we have to face, God will help us WIN the fight..
Beloved Our Jehovah-Jireh is in Control
for He is Our Provider!!!
Glory be to GOD!!
Peace and Joy be with you always

*Turning The Negative
Into
The Positive*
Turning the negative into positive can sometimes be a very heard thing to do. It could be the hardest thing you do in your life, because you most likely will have to do something you don't want to do, like give up or cut back on something. But it is worth it, being Positive is important because it effects our everyday walk in life. When you get up in the morning how you get up and what kind of mood you have will trigger your emotions, and your emotions can cause you to react in a negative way.
One thing that trigger's off or gets it clicking is the words that come straight our of your mouth, as soon as you speak. A lot of times we speak before we think. I've been guilty of this. When you get up in the morning you can leave a cloud over you that can and will most likely be with you all day until we do something, or say something to change it. But in order to do this we must do it positively. This something we must do before God can move on our behalf, because God does not bless Negative actions or words.
Like for instance if someone does you wrong it is not your place to try to or get revenge .(Romans 12:19) declares Vengeance is mine; I will repay; saith the Lord. See we really can make matters worse, we must forgive, that's our job. That is Positive action on our part. Forgiving someone is one of the Greatest Positive Movements I believe in. Yes change is a very important thing. I know that sometimes we do not like to admit to it but we have to change.
Change how? We must realize that in life there is someone greater who must be in control and that is Jesus Christ. When we as Christians try to do things on our own without God involved, we usually mess it up. When God is in control we will not fall back, but move forward and that is Positive, which is not moving back , and when we keep moving forward that is Powerful. (Ephesians 3:20) Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
And that power is Jesus Christ and Jesus is Positive.
May God Bless you always as you Seek Him.

*God Chose You*
He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame in Him in love. (Ephesians 1:4)
The devil likes to condemn us and keep us down by whispering in our ears,"Look at you trying to act as if you're somebody when you know you're nobody! You've come from nowhere, and you're going nowhere." the devil uses the same old tactic in every battle. He deceives, lies, accused, and seeks to destroy every on of us.
When he does, remember David faced similar attacks form the enemy. When Samuel came to visit David's family, his father, Jesse, didn't even call him form tending sheep (1 Samuel 16"11) Samuel came to anoint a king, but no one in David's family believed that he had the right stuff to be king. His brothers were older, wiser, taller, more handsome, and more experienced Saul and his men laughed when David wanted to take on Goliath. These things don't count when your in God's hands.
Now what David accomplished in his life for God had nothing to do with where he started and everything to do with the fact that God picked him out. God did this with David so don't you think He'd do the same for you? Be not dismayed--regardless of your circumstances, God will take you out of wherever you are and bring you to wherever HE WANTS YOU TO BE. Let's remember God knows what's best for our lives.....
O Lord, Your calling on my life is Greater then any man can believe, I cannot look to others for my self-esteem or self-worth, so O LORD, I turn to You my Lord, in you I AM ROYALTY!! Lead me O Lord in Your way for My Life ... In Jesus Holy Name AMEN
Peace be with you always

*Turning Our Brokenness Into Healing*
Taken from a Sermon I preached on Sunday August 31,2008
Psalm 34:18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Psalm 147:3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
The Lord is close to those who are broken hearted and crushed in there spirit. There are many experiences in life that can break our hearts such as disappointments, deaths, hurts, failures, missing opportunities, loss etc. At such times we many be lonely and feel forsaken by others. But the wonderful promise is that the Lord is close to us at such times. We must realize the close presence of God and allow him to minister to us and heal our broken hearts.
The Lord heals our broken hearts and wants us to minister to others who are going through the same experience in their lives. Whenever we go through an experience of brokenness in our lives, we are in a unique postion to be used by the Lord to minister healing and restoration to the broken hearted. The wounds of Jesus ministers healing to our lives. In the same way, we can allow the Lord to use the wounds in our lives to minister healing to others. We must allow the Lord to heal our wounds and then we can use that healing experience to reach out to others and enable them to experience the same healing in their lives. Instead of mourning over our heart breaking experiences, we must see the possibility of using them to become a channel of healing to others.
The Lord is seated on the throne of Grace with a heart of compassion towards us because He can sympathize with all our weaknesses. During His life on earth, the Lord has gone through all the trials and tribulations and temptations that we go through in our lives and He understands our pain and sorrow and humiliation and temptations. Therefore we can approach Him confidently in our times of brokenness because he understands us and sympathizes with our weaknesses and He is ready to shower His grace and mercy upon us.
The Lord went through a path of suffering and pain to fulfill His mission on the cross. If we want to know the Lord intimately in our lives, we should wb willing to be partaker in His suffering. The Apostle Paul realized that if he wanted to know Christ in an intimate way, he should have the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings. If we do not want to share in the suffering of Christ, we cannot really know Christ in an intimate way. Therefore whenever we go through a path of suffering and brokenness, it is and opportunity for us to know Christ intimately because we are sharring in His sufferings.
The Lord reveals His power in our times of weakness and brokenness, Sometimes we may face trials and challenges which are not removed from our lives. THe Apostle Paul experienced a thorn in the flesh which was not removed despite his repeated prayers. But the Lord revealed to him, that at such times the grace of God will be sufficient for him. The Lord reveals His poewer in our weakness. We will remain humble about everything that we accomplish in our time of weakness, because we realized that it is only the power of God that has helped us to achieve it. Therefore we can boast about our heart breaking experience, because the Lord in His grace and mercy, chose such times to reveal His power in our lives and helps us accomplish great things even in our state of weakness. We are humbled by such experiences because we know it is purely the grace of God.
The Lord can take our life experiences and use it to bless multitudes. If we allow the Lord to heal our broken hearts and use us to heal the broken hearted, then all our life experiences of pain and sorrow and brokenness will not go in vain. Instead they can be an instrument in the hand of the Lord to heal and bless multitudes. The Lord who took a little lads's food of five loaves and two fishes and fed more then five thousand can do the same when we give all our life experiences in His hand. Just as He blessed and broke the bread and multiplied it, the Lord can take our lives in all its brokenness and multiply our usefulness to others.
The Lord can use our lives as a perfume and incense and fragrance to spread the knowledge of Him. Just as the perfume which filled the house with its fragrance, when the woman broke the jar of expensive perfume and poured it on Jesus, our lives can be a fragrance to the Lord and to the people around us when we allow the Lord to lead us through a process of brokenness. The heart braking experiences of life can actually shape us and cause us to become a incense of sweet fragrance to the Lord and an instrument of drawing others to the knowledge of God. We should not allow ourselves to become bitter and disillusioned by the heart breaking experiences of life, instead we must allow the Lord to work in our hearts in our times of brokenness and transform us into a sweet smelling incense unto Him and the World.
God Bless you my friend

*Sanctification*
Sanctification is the separation of the believer from evil things and ways.
1 Thessalonians 4:3-4
Sanctification is the Biblical term for the process of becoming holy.
We MUST make the church a magnet to draw people so an individual would feel left out if they weren't involved.
There are two primary elements of sanctification (1) The Holy Spirit's work and our cooperation with Him Sanctification sets the believer apart by God for His use. We cannot be set apart until we are willing to come apart from other pursuits. We have to come out of worldly lifestyles, forsake other interests and be committed to do His will in order to be set apart. (2)
The second aspect of sanctification is the resultant work by the power of the spirit of God that literally changes our lives producing true holiness. The worlk of sanctification takes us to the cross again and again. It exposes our carnal nature and makes us cry our to be delivered. We realize that we are powerless to deliver ourselves. But as we submit to the testing and dealings of God we find a wonderful deliverance from our self-life and continual infilling with Himself. WE NEED TO DIE TO OURSELF!!!! John 12:24
In these last days, above all else God's people need an acute sense of sin, Anything that separates us from God or from a brother/sister in Christ is sin. God does not categorize sin by degrees. Sin is SIN if it violates God's law Anxiety is sin, Unbelief is sin, Selfishness is sin and Worldliness is sin. Titus 2:11-15
I pray that you all enjoyed this little message
God Bless

*Give it to God*
To truly give our your fears to God is not as hard as you may think, it's taking the leap of faith and trusting God and knowing He is in control. I thing of Peter when he got out of the boat and walked on the water towards Jesus as long as he kept his eyes focused on Jesus and not veering to the right or the left but to just keep looking straight at Jesus, Peter new everything was going to be alright.
Matthew 14:29 and he said, Come; And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on water, to go to Jesus (KJV)
How I look at it, I'd rather be like Peter and get out of the bout and see what happens because you have nothing to loose but everything to gain, as long as you know God has called you to it He WILL take you through it.
But remember the rest of the story Matthew 14: 30 & 31 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried , saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth His hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? (KJV)
So how I see it we should learn from Peter and see Jesus is always there with us and He will NOT let us down. Like I said before, If God called you to do it He WILL see you through it.. So Trust in God and Take that Leap of Faith!!
God Bless you always

*Spiritual Hunger*
Matthew 5:6,Isaiah 55:1,Psalm 42:1-3,Psalm 63:1.
Isaiah 55:1 Ho! is an expression of pity "Thirsts" expresses a longing for those things that satisfy spiritually.
Matthew 5:6 Blessed, The word mean's "happy" or fortunate as a result of divine favor But there is more to blessedness then simply being happy. The beatitudes describe a divine paradox Those who are blessed experience the kingdom's inner riches in the mist of external poverty and distress. To be blessed is to have a relationship with God who satisfies our soul and promises future reward Revelation 22:14
HUNGER CAN BE A GOOD THING IT IS THE GREATEST PERSUADER I KNOW OF. IT HAS MARVELOUS POWER.
There is a certain spirit of desperation that accompanies hunger.
Righteousness is the rightness of God . The rightness of God in your spirit, the rightness of God in your soul the rightness of God in your body the rightness of God in your affairs, in your home and in your business, everywhere.
One of the works of the Holy Ghost is to prepare the hearts of men, in advance by putting within them a strong hunger for that event that has been promised by God until it comes to pass.
The hunger of a man's soul must be satisfied,It is a law of God which is in the depths of the spirit God will answer the heart that cries, God will answer the soul that asks.
Christ Jesus comes to us with divine assuance and invites us when we are hungry to pray, to believe, to take from the Lord that which our soul covets and our hearts yearn for.
When we are hungry in our spirits (souls) we need to seek God, He is the only one who can feed us! He feeds us through His word, Prayer, and Praise and Worship.
Hebrews 11:6
In this scripture there are 2 things about God, that must be known by us or those who are going to come near in prayer. These are preconditions for prayer! (1) We must believe that He is what He say's He is "I AM" and (2) We must believe that he is He "who can do mighty things". It is a recognition of His glory and omnipotence. It is fact, Worship and intelligent Praise.
God Bless you

*The Blood still Flows*
Let's go back to just before Jesus died, From the cross Jesus carried out,"Father, forgive them, They know not what thy do."
In my mind's eye I can see Jesus looking at me, Saying,"My Friend, I'm doing this for you!"
As Jesus'es blood from Calvary ran it created a span for us to reach God and to enter into the Kingdom.
Praise God for the Blood flow for it Still washes as white as snow, For ALL who Choose Christ will enter in!
From the cross I believe Jesus could see, Folks like you and me Who needed Salvation of the Soul!
Thus, the sacrifice was made, And a terrible price was paid, So that we might be made whole!
Our Lord is like no other!
He is closer then a brother !
His Love has NO end!
One day when we meet Jesus in ALL His Glory We shall sing and shout for Joy and sing Hallelujah to the Lamb of God! Than you Jesus for Paying the High Price for my sins and saving a wretch like me!!
God Bless you always

*Having The Attitude For Winning*
(Proverbs 23:7) For as he things in his heart, so is he." Eat and drink!" he says to you, bu his heart is not with you . The people who succeed in life are not necessarily the ones with the most talent, highest education, or best job. The people who succeed in life are those who learn to control their thoughts and emotions and harness them under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The fact is many in the army of God suffer from what I call stinking thinking, their minds are like concrete-thoroughly mixed up and firmly set.
(Romans 12:2) And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you my prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Negative, whiny, pity-party attitudes will poison your marriage, family, church, business and your Soul! (Hebrews 3:12) Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God;
Listen, for good or bad, your attitude is contagious! Let the attitude of doubt and fear begin to multiply in what you say and before you know it, the possibility of the miraculous happening in your life becomes by an atmosphere of total defeat!
The roots of your attitudes my be hidden, but the fruit of the spirit is always visible! Ask yourself is the fruit of the spirit active in my life? Are people attracted to me? Is your faith turned on? Is your love turned on? Is your joy turned on? The fact is your attitude will determine your success or failure in everything you do!
(Hebrews 3:6 & 14:6) but Christ as a son over His own house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end.
Hold on till the end with an attitude that you can, because you can do all thing through Christ which strengthens you, (Philippians 4:13)
God Bless you
Pastor Don Stewart II
